ABOUT ONE FOR WOMEN
ABOUT ONE FOR WOMEN
One for Women had its seeds in the personal experience of midwives and doctors trying to help their patients through pregnancy and the early months of infancy.
The founders of One for Women believe that the traditional model of care for women during pregnancy and after they return home doesn't always work for modern families.
In particular, care for women is often disjointed, disconnected and can leave many patients feeling abandoned and struggling at the very point where they need the most help: what is sometimes called the fourth trimester – that period that begins when you leave hospital and take your baby home.
The One for Women Vision
place where all services needed for pregnancy and postnatal care can be provided (rather than patients being forced to access different services from diverse providers in multiple locations).
continuous and centrally coordinated journey of care, where all major services are seamlessly integrated to ensure access to experienced health professionals who can anticipate your needs and have things in place for when you need them.
ongoing stream of care that doesn’t stop when your baby is born and you find yourself on your own at home, grappling with the challenges of caring for a newborn.
We are proud to work alongside these organisations to bring you the premium maternity services that you expect.
