Competition rules
Perth’s Cutest Christmas Baby competition is being held and promoted by One for Women Pty Ltd ABN 96 625 668 199.
Opening and closing dates
Entries into the competition will be accepted between 3.00pm (WST) on 16 December 2020 and 5.00pm on 23 December 2020 (Submission Period).
After the Submission Period has concluded, the Perth’s Cutest Christmas Baby photo will be chosen and the winning Entrant will have also followed the One for Women Instagram page and tagged a friend on the competition post.
Who may enter?
The only people who many enter the competition are:
West Australian residents
Aged 18 years old or over
The competition is not open to employees of One for Women.
How to enter
An Entrant must follow the One for Women (Oneforwomen_) Instagram account, tag a friend on the competition post and submit a photo between 3.00pm (WST) on 18 December 2020 and 5.00pm on 23 December 2020 by either posting their photo on their personal Instagram page and tagging @oneforwomen_ (public Instagram accounts only) or emailing their photo to info@oneforwomen.com.au.
Conditions of entry
An entry to the Perth’s Cutest Christmas Baby competition will only be valid if the Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Each entry must be of one child only (unless children are from a multiple birth then they can be entered in the same photo).
Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for the competition form part of the conditions of entry.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram.
All Entrants who provide information to enter this competition provide that information to One for Women through the Instagram Page and not to Instagram itself.
By submitting images to the competition, you confirm that each image is your own work.
One for Women reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entries and images may be removed without notice if they do not reflect the values of One for Women or are perceived as inappropriate in anyway.
Any photo submitted as part of the competition can be used in any ongoing promotions for One for Women.
Competition judging
The judges’ decision is final and no discussion or correspondence can be entered into in respect of their decisions.
Selection of the winner and prize details
The winning entry will be selected by One for Women.
The winning entrant will be published on the One for Women Instagram account.
The winner will be notified by 25 December 2020, via email or their Instagram account and will be given two weeks to contact One for Women to provide details of where to send their prize.
The winner will receive a photo session with Carly Hope Photography in the Perth metro area valued up to $500 which includes all edited digital images from your session (newborn, family or maternity). The photo session must be with immediate family only and must be used within one year of issue.
The prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
If any aspect of the Prize cannot be delivered for any reason, One for Women reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item of equal or greater value.
If the prize remains unclaimed by 1 February 2021, the Prize will be considered forfeited.
Privacy
Personal information collected by One for Women in conjunction with this competition will only be used to identify the winner of the competition and for One for Women’s future marketing and promotional activities.
All personal information collected by One for Women in conjunction with the prize draw will be handled and used in accordance with One for Women’s Privacy Policy, available here.
Limitation of liability
One for Women, its employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of this prize draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of One for Women will not exceed the total cost of the prize (being $450).
